Blue Chip Inc. is keen on building a diversified portfolio in real estate, agriculture and oil & gas. It is currently involved in developing a five-star resort in the Maldives while also being involved in extensive experiments and research operations in hydroponic agriculture.

NIZAR HALABI
A Canadian-Lebanese entrepreneur with a successful track record in leading multi-million-dollar contracting and development businesses in several markets including Qatar, Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait and Iraq.
Nizar was the Managing Director of a leading mega construction company (Advanced Vision Co. a subsidiary of Saudi Bin Laden Group) and is also the owner of prime education and travel & tourism entities in the Middle East region. His profound experience, excellent managerial skills and an eye for niche investment opportunities; add significant value to building and growing the portfolio of Blue Chip Inc.

MHD MANSOUR ESREB
A Lebanese entrepreneur, with over a decade of management and sales & marketing experience in a leading multinational oil and gas service provider (Schlumberger). His key strength is his acute sense
of opportunity identification and strategy focus. Mansour is also managing his private family’s multi-million-dollar fund through successful investments in banking portfolios, private equity and real estate among others. Today, he makes good use of all the long years spent assessing the market for opportunities and making investment decisions, by venturing into a business he helped forge and inspire.
